The Rotherhithe Waterside sheltered housing development is a three-storey building containing 14 studio apartments each with their own WC and wash basin. Many of the apartments have a view overlooking the beautiful 'Surrey Water'. There are a number of showers and bathrooms shared on a ratio of one bathroom to three studios. Residents also enjoy a shared dining room and lounge. There are on site laundry facilities. This house is suitable for all levels of mobility and has two lifts.
Residents can enjoy the privacy of their own room where they have their own WC and washbasin. All rooms are unfurnished so that residents bring their own furniture, making it their new home.
There are bathrooms and shower rooms shared on a ratio of one room to three residents. Some of the bathrooms have easy access baths but all have been constructed with the less athletic individual in mind.
